OmniPrint for Android (Beta)

OmniPrint is now available on Android devices! The Android version brings the power of direct printing to your mobile workflow, allowing you to print from Odoo directly to network printers from your Android device.

Beta Version

The Android version is currently in Beta. While core printing functionality is stable, some advanced features are not yet available. We’re actively working on bringing full feature parity to Android.

What’s Supported

The Android version currently supports the following features:

PDF Report Printing

Print PDF reports generated by Odoo directly to network printers. Perfect for invoices, delivery orders, and other business documents.

ESC/POS Receipt Printing

Full support for ESC/POS thermal receipt printers. Ideal for retail and restaurant operations running Odoo on tablets.

Integrated Browser

Built-in web browser to access your Odoo instance directly within the app. Seamless workflow without switching apps.

Camera Barcode Scanning

Integrated camera support for barcode and QR code scanning. Perfect for inventory management and mobile operations.

Current Limitations

The following features are not yet available on Android Beta but are planned for future releases:

• USB Connection: USB printer connection is not supported in this Beta version
• Client-side PDF Rendering: The omni_print_local addon is not supported on Android
• ZPL Label Printing: Zebra label printer support is temporarily disabled
• SMB Protocol: Windows network share (SMB) protocol is not supported
• Scale Integration: Weighing scale integration not yet available

Desktop Alternative

If you need these advanced features, consider using the Windows, macOS, or Linux version of OmniPrint for full functionality.
